Q - Which products suitable for vegetarians/vegans?

Q - How is Allicin made?
A - In the manufacturing process, a special flood reaction system using only water is able to produce large quantities of stabilised allicin. The liquid is then carefully dried, under controlled conditions, to maintain its potency. This sophisticated process has for the first time allowed us to capture garlic's active component in a form that can be used by the body.
Q - How Does ALLICINMAX® Differ from Garlic Supplements?
A - Garlic supplements do not contain any allicin at all. They rely on your body being able to generate small quantities of allicin once you have swallowed the tablet or capsule. Garlic oil supplements are produced by distilling fresh garlic. The oil that is produced is then diluted and placed into a capsule. This process destroys most, if not all of the available allicin. A few garlic powder supplements can generate some allicin during the digestive process. This depends, however, on the prevailing stomach conditions and may take several hours. ALLICINMAX® doesn't need to be converted since it actually contains stabilised allicin. When ALLICINMAX® is taken, the allicin is not destroyed but is easily absorbed into the blood stream. The allicin in ALLICINMAX® likes the acid environment of your stomach, unlike other supplements that can be inactivated by acidic conditions.
Q - How Much ALLICINMAX® do I need?
A - Just one to two capsules of ALLICINMAX® taken each day at mealtimes should provide enough allicin for your general health and well-being. However you may take up to 10 per day if necessary to increase the beneficial effect.
Q - What is the best time to take ALLICINMAX®/ALLIMED®?
A - From our experience, the best time is just before or with a meal or food.
Q - Can ALLICINMAX®/ALLIMED® be taken without food?
A - Yes, ALLICINMAX® can be taken without food.
Q - Can I take ALLICINMAX®/ALLIMED® with other vitamin supplements?
A - Yes, you can take ALLICINMAX® with other vitamin and mineral supplements.
Q - Can ALLICINMAX® be taken with medication?
A - If you are taking medication or under medical supervision, please consult a doctor or healthcare professional before use.
Q - Can the supplement be recommended to a pregnant woman?
A - If you are pregnant or breastfeeding please consult a doctor or healthcare professional before use.
Q - Can the capsules be broken open if someone finds them hard to swallow?
A - Each ALLICINMAX® capsule can be pulled apart and the powder can be added to a sandwich, yoghurt or a cold drink for ease of taking.
Q - What happens if I forget to take a capsule?
A - You can just take an ALLICINMAX® capsule as soon as you remember.
Q - Is ALLICINMAX® suitable for children?
A - ALLICINMAX® is not recommended for children under 3 years of age. For children between the age of 3 and 7 years, half the adult dose is suggested. Each capsule can be pulled apart to offer reduced intake. For children over 7 years old the full adult dose is recommended.
Q - What makes ALLICINMAX® different from other garlic supplements on the market?
A - ALLICINMAX® capsules contain our ALLISURE® allicin powder from garlic extract and is the only product on the market that contains stabilised allicin.
Q - Does the product contain any genetically modified (GM) material?
A - We do not use genetically modified material in our products.
Q - Do ALLICINMAX® AND ALLIMED® contain any of the major allergens?
A - No, they do not contain any of the major allergens. However if you are allergic, intolerant or hypersensitive to garlic do not take our products.
Q - Do any of your products contain any allergens?
A - Yes. LESTEROL capsules contains SOYA and the Glucosamine and Chondroitin capsules contain shellfish (CRUSTACEANS).
Q - Are ALLICINMAX®and ALLIMED® suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
A - Yes.
Q - Why are there other ingredients in the formulation?
A - Non GM maltodextrin is a carrier for the allicin and gum acacia binds the two together to create ALLISURE® powder.
Q - If I am taking more than one capsule a day, can I take them all at once or should I spread them throughout the day?
A - If you are taking more than one ALLICINMAX® or ALLIMED® capsule a day, you can take them all at once, if you wish. However, we have spoken to a number of customers who spread the capsules over the day and find that this benefits them as well.
Q - Should a consumer speak to their doctor before taking this supplement?
A - If you are fit and healthy and have no underlying medical conditions then you can take our ALLICINMAX® and ALLIMED® capsules without consulting a doctor.
Q - Is it safe to give ALLICINMAX® to my pets?
A - Yes.
Q - How can taking ALLICINMAX®/ALLIMED® capsules help a consumer's health?
A - ALLICINMAX® and ALLIMED® capsules can help with general good health.
Q - What is maltodextrin?
A - Maltodextrin is obtained from starch by hydrolysis, followed by purification and spray drying to create a powder.
Q - How often should you apply the ALLICINMAX® cream or ALLIDERM® gel?
A - Apply to the affected area at least three times a day. Wash hands before and after the use of ALLICINMAX® Cream and ALLIDERM® Gel.
Q - Are Glucosamine & Chondriotin capsules suitable for vegans & vegetarians?
A - No, the Glucosamine and Chondroitin capsules contain shellfish (CRUSTACEANS). The capsule shell is from gelatin.
Q - I ordered ALLIMED® Liquid 250ml and it took 3 days to arrive is it still okay to use?
A - Yes, it is fine to use. Upon opening your parcel place the ALLIMED® Liquid straight in to the fridge.
Orders And Deliveries
Q - What methods of payment do you accept?
A - We accept Visa and Mastercard payments. We do not accept payment via Paypal or American Express cards.
Q - Can I place an order by telephone?
A - Yes, you can. We are available Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 16.30. Orders placed after 14:30 will be dispatched the following day.
Q - When will my order be dispatched?
A - We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving them. If orders are placed on a weekend or a Bank Holiday they won't be dispatched until the next working day.
Q - How will my order be delivered?
A - All orders for the UK will be dispatched by Royal Mail or UKMAIL depending on the size of the order.
All orders for the EU and the Rest of the World will be dispatched with Royal Mail on either International Tracked and Signed Service or International Tracked, depending on the destination country
Q - My order still hasn't arrived, what should I do?
A - We always get proof of posting when dispatching orders. Therefore in the unfortunate event that a parcel does get lost, we have everything we need to help find your parcel. The Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost in the UK until 15 working days have elapsed & 25 days when posting internationally. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact us if you believe the items is lost and we will do everything we can to help you. Contact us by email email@example.com
Q - Do you ship internationally?
A - Yes, we ship to most EU countries and most countries worldwide.
Q - What packaging do you use and is it recyclable?
A - All of our product packaging can be recycled in most areas. However, you will need to check your local recycling information about recycling blister packs.
We reuse all packaging from our suppliers in customer orders. Please note that we do use bubble wrap, whilst it isn't recyclable we do reuse from the deliveries we receive.
